well placed to make the entire process as simple and efficient as possible …..for
everyone concerned.
These are the 4 simple steps you need to take to become a valued Stephen Alleyne
& Co client.
Step 1. Once you have contacted our office, chosen the properties you
like from the vacant properties available and arranged to view them, our negotiator
will give you a Tenancy Application Form to complete and advise you exactly how much
money in total is required.
Step 2. Once you have completed the Tenancy Application
form, return it to our office in Cheriton Place Folkestone along with your holding
administration fee, your application to be processed.
Step 3. Once your application
has been approved, we will contact you and arrange a date for you to move into the
property.
Step 4. The day you move into the property, or before if it is more convenient,
the balance of the money is required along with the signing of the legal agreements
and inventory. The Stephen Alleyne & Co negotiator will then hand over the keys to
your new home.
Your ongoing monthly rent is then paid by standing order, leaving
you free to enjoy the comforts of your new home.
