On finding a tenant we will:-

Obtain References

Draw up a lease

( we can either use yours or we have standard leases if you prefer )

Complete Inventory*

Place deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme

Arrange an EPC Energy Performance Certificate**

 

Our one off fee for this is based on a percentage of the first months rent, with no set up fee. Please ring us for our current rate.
